At White River Ranch, we believe great beef begins with the way the animals are raised. Our Wagyu cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, living their entire lives on open pasture where they graze naturally as nature intended.

Unlike many Wagyu programs that rely on grain finishing and high-energy feed rations, our cattle are never fed grains, oils, or artificial supplements designed to increase fat quickly. Instead, they grow slowly and naturally on nutrient-rich pasture grasses for a full 30 months, producing beef that reflects the purity of the land and the care they receive.
